Cancellation Policy

At Beauty Zone (beautyzone.pk), we understand that sometimes customers may need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how orders can be canceled.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request to cancel their order before the order has been processed or shipped. Once the order is shipped or handed over to the courier service, cancellation may no longer be possible.

To cancel an order, customers should contact our support team as soon as possible and provide the order number and order details.

2. Cancellation of Prepaid Orders

If a prepaid order (bank transfer payment) is canceled before shipment, the payment will be refunded to the customer’s bank account within 5–10 business days after confirmation.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers can request cancellation before shipment without any charges. However, repeated cancellations may lead to restrictions on future orders.

4. Cancellation by Beauty Zone

Beauty Zone reserves the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, including:

  1. Product out of stock
  2. Incorrect pricing or product information
  3. Suspicious or fraudulent order activity
  4. Delivery location not serviceable

If an order is canceled by Beauty Zone after payment has been made, a full refund will be issued to the customer.

5. Third-Party Sellers

Since Beauty Zone operates as a marketplace with third-party sellers, some orders may be fulfilled directly by sellers. Cancellation requests for such orders will be coordinated with the respective seller.

6. Contact for Order Cancellation

To request order cancellation, customers should contact our support team through the contact details available on beautyzone.pk and include:

  1. Order number
  2. Customer name
  3. Reason for cancellation
